X'mas: the season of love & rain
the season of rain
yes, it's been great. has been raining, raining and raining for the whole of last nite and today.
BIG rain, then small rain, then BIG rain, then small rain, BIG rain, then small rain, then BIG rain again~ its cool. the rain has kept the temperatures down and keeping me cool and tuggy under my blanket and nice and cuddly in the house. it's definitely nt a convenient day out with the wet, muddy grounds all around. but indeed, a nice day to be home and dry with some hot soup. arrr~ n plus the fact that, it was a slacking day once again for me again. hee. =P what a nice day.=)
the season of love
to prevent myself from slacking away my life so much, i hav decided to write xmas cards to my love and dearest ones this year, including those tat i haven been in contact with. to thank them for all the things they have done for me.
jus to check out which frens i shd write to, i happen to flip open my box of letters and cards (they sure were dusty) and went thru those messages that seemed so childish now..... fren-&-fren jealousy, those crushes, those penpals whom i used to write to and nv got to see them (i wonder they still rem me)....bday messages....etc etc and etc.. n once more, i felt i had grew old from those chidish plays, tots and actions. i laughed when i read parts that we were all so stupid and teared at those heartwarming quotes....and 1 of them was this... written by one of my longest and dearest fren...

it jus feel so heartwarming to come across this quote again. our lives have been so different now. no longer see one another everyday. no longer do the same things. no longer have the same group of frens. no longer have time to even meet up regularly... but deep down they do keep them so near and dear to their hearts. that you always noe that they are there jus for you.
yeah, old fren. i hope this has been always true and will always be~
