Off to Bangkok. Finally! 24/6 to 27/6. I sat on a tuk-tuk with Huiya and Jianyu. Excitement with a tinge of Danger! F-U-N!
Started with plans, plans & more plans...before we get to settle on a date and write an Itineary! And off we go, gazebooers to a F-O-R-E-I-G-N land for the F-I-R-S-T time in our life. + some secondary frens...hmmm...sounds like a sch outing. hee.
Minus the hicupps, we got our way there (thru the plane of course), ate, shopped, fun-ned and came back (tats the last thing on our mind)!!!
Went to Chatuchak - supposedly the most happening shopping P-A-R-A-D-I-S-E. yes, cheap goods +++ humid air++dense population+++squeezy polluted streets. No, not at all the least comfy. No, I did not perspire. I sweat-ed. like a T-A-P. Look at our faces, exhuasted out NOT frm carrying too heavy shopping bags but the heavy humid air.
SEE! Gold plated "tower" in the Grand Palace! yes. 100% G-O-L-D. if only i managed to plucked out a piece of it. hee. *starting to dream......hmm...wonder how it looks like when my hse is plaited with gold...all ard it like this...hmm....
Interesting feauture. A western structured building crowned with Thailand features. Look closely, the building has western features but the roof is of Thailand colors.
There's Anna and the King. But not to forget, there's also a Esther and the King! too.=P
King's bday just past and Thailand is still celebrating. Alright, I admit i was looking abit too memsmerized here.*shy
TUK-TUK!
Me, Huiya and Jianyu in the TUK-TUK ride. my stuff almost flew out. Luckily, I din flew out myself. The ride shd have been longer. I get to experienced a few E-Brakes too.
Oh well, the short trip ended quickly and we r back in Thailand airport again. With our Luggages, tho too little I have to complain, we said Good-Bye to Bangkok. Sa-wa-de-ka.
